Due to internet outage, the total loss in e-commerce is worth Tk 1400 crore. To get rid of this type of losses, e-CAB has demanded the inclusion of a policy that the internet and Facebook should not be closed under any circumstances in future.

In a press conference held in Gulshan on Wednesday, the e-CAB president Shomi Kaisar conveyed the matter.

Senior Vice President Sahab Uddin Shupan, General Secretary Nasima Akhter Nisha, Finance Secretary Asif Ahnaf and other directors were present at the press conference.
