Initial, managed, defined, quantitatively, managed and optimizing are the characteristics of maturity level that need to achieve to get certification on CMMI in different level. The certification refer the standardization and capability of a company in business. In our country there are companies who achieved such level certification in business but in Service this is happed for the first time . Today (Saturday, 05 October 2019) Devnet Limited, first Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Company in Bangladesh announced that it has successfully been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) ® for the first time in Bangladesh for Services (CMMI-SVC).
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. Maturity Level 3: Defined our organization’s processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
